Clinical Social Worker | Virtual Services Only
I help adults like you make the most of your life by aligning your thoughts and actions with what truly matters to you.
Let’s get to know each other.
First off, a bit about me.
I’m a clinical social worker based in Fayetteville, Arkansas offering compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults. My work is grounded in warmth, non-judgment, and a deep respect for your lived experience.
Who do I usually work with?
I often work with folks who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating burnout, or simply feeling a little lost. You don’t have to have a big reason to reach out — sometimes, wanting to feel better is reason enough.
What brought me to this work?
I’m glad you asked. My path to therapy has been shaped by my own experiences and a deep belief that healing happens when we feel seen and understood. I’m here to help you feel safe to explore what matters most to you—at your pace, in your own way.

Feeling constantly on edge, overwhelmed, or caught in cycles of worry that feel hard to break.
-
When taking care of everyone else has left you exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of what you really need.
-
Struggling to speak up, set limits, or feel truly seen in your relationships — romantic, familial, or otherwise.
-
Living with loss that’s visible or invisible — including death, estrangement, breakups, or fading connections.
-
When your emotions feel too big, too constant, or misunderstood by those around you.
-
That relentless inner voice questioning your worth, your decisions, or whether you’re “doing enough.”
Frequently asked questions
-
A: The first session is a chance to get to know each other. I’ll ask a few questions to learn what’s bringing you in and what support might look like. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right.
-
A: Not at all. Some people come for a handful of sessions, others for ongoing support. We’ll check in together to see what feels useful and sustainable.
-
A: Absolutely. You don’t need to know how this works — that’s my job. I’ll walk alongside you and explain things as we go.
